1	The Menu points

1.1	File

1.1.1	Open...

With this point you can switch to another client or
accounting period. The client or period which is actually
open, will be saved and closed automatic.

1.1.2	One Period back
 
With this menu-point you go on period (one month or one
year) back. The old accounting period will be closed and 
saved automatic.

1.1.3	One Period forward

It works like the previous menu-point.

1.1.4	Close

With this point you can close all windows which have a 
close-box (e.g., Make an Entry, Insert Account, 
Exploitation Monthly ...)

1.1.5	Save...
  
Here you can save the client in the actual accounting-period.
The client will not be closed. I advise to choose this point
after a big entry. So you will be sure that the dates are
saved on hard disk

1.1.6	Last Version...
 
Together with the point before, you can cancel big
modifications (mistakes). After entering (and excepting)
the security-answer all entries and actions after the last
save are deleted.

1.1.7	Page setup...

If you use this point, you open a dialog-box to change the
page setup. The appearence differences from printer to
printer.  

1.1.8	Print...
 
This menu-point can be activated by every exploitation and
graphic.

1.1.9	Print Accounts...

You can print more than one account within a choosen period.

1.1.10	Preferences...

A detailled declaration of this menu-point, you can find in
the description.

1.1.11	Select Password...

In this point, you can select a Password. A detailled
declaration, you can find in the description at part 4.2.

1.1.12 Backup

With this poit, you start a manual Backup of all datas.

1.1.13	Import Accounts...

With this menu-point, you can import accounts of another 
client or a text-file. More informations about it, you can 
find in the description.

1.1.14	Import Entries...

With this menu-point you can import entries from a
text-file. More informations about it, you can find in the
description.

1.1.15	Export an Exploitation...

With this function you can export all exploitations to a
text-file. More informations about it, you can find in the
description.

1.1.16	Quit

You finish Mac-HaBu.


1.2	Edit

Here you find all functions to copy to and from the
clipboard. In all exploitations it is possible to find 
the entries.


1.3	Enter

Here you find all menu-points to enter, change and delete 
information. 


1.4	Display

After opening a display, you get a detailled help.


1.5	Exploitation

After opening an exploitation, you get a detailled help.


1.6	Graphic

After opening a graphic, you get a detailled help.


1.7 Window

In this menu, you can see all open windows. You can switch
from window to window.


1.8	Help

The Bubble-Help will not be suported. But You can install
the new Apple Guide, which comes with System 7.5. Here
You will find a more detailed help.


2.	Registration
 
This program is Shareware. Everyone may copy and use it.
Certainly you must make a copy of the original version
together with the description.
 
You can, without registration, use the program for 60 days.
After this period the program can't be started again. To
start the program again, you have to enter the registration-
code, you get from the author.

If you comes from an european county, you can pay the 
registration charge of $50,00 to:

Also, you can send an eurocheque (only in Europe) or cash
to me. 

If you are out of an european-country, please send $50,00 
by Credit-Card or Check only to Kagi with the Program 
"Register", which is in the folder of "Mac-HaBu" or send me
the money cash. 

Please give me also your postal address (letter or E-Mail). 
Because, after receiving the money, you will get a letter 
from me with the registration code. Please remember, that 
I made this program as a spare-time-job. Normally the 
registration could be able within two weeks. But sometimes 
it can rest a little bit longer.
  
Have you some new ideas for the program or have you found
some errors, please contact me. Also if you have questions
about accounting, you can you ask me (only my wife). Please
do it by letter or E-Mail. Also you can call me between
7.00 P.M. and 10.00 P.M. MEZ. Please remember, that our
speaking language is German and only a little bit english.
